What do you do in case of a regional or nationwide shut down and no ability to get any food from anywhere for weeks?

Some sensible advice for Africa learning from experiences of nurses and MDs fighting the corona crisis in Europe.

Consum is changing, less demand for beauty and fashion, high sales on Netflix!
People feel much under pressure, feel threatened, feel in shock, do panic shopping – those are the psychological effects of the coronavirus outbreak in a country.

Maximise your self-quarantine!
If allowed in the country where you live and if possible for you, get a

storage of some food and drinking water for 2 to 4 weeks. Do not support panic shopping activities!

Than stay home at all, if possible and do not get into contact to other people.

By now the big hope is, that if the corona virus cannot spread from one person to the other, but has to stay outside of the human body, it will die and the spreading of the disease comes under control.

It is simply BREAKING THE CHAIN by staying away!

Therefore, what most Governments around the world do and say is very much correct:
They counsel and command people to stay away from each other as ever possible, not visiting large congregations of people, like not visit church meetings, no market places public meetings, no school or university visits etc and tell you to best stay home in your families and avoid any contact to others as best as possible.

WHAT IS A CORONAVIRUS?
Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses which may cause illness in animals or humans. In humans, several coronaviruses are known to cause respiratory infections ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The most recently discovered coronavirus causes coronavirus disease COVID-19.
